Thank you very much for the headstone photo posted to their memorials. No memorial is complete without the photo and the photo you posted really enhanced the value of these memorials.

Good evening RONI. In reviewing my messages, I don't see where I thanked you for the gravemarker photos you added to Private Bellanger's memorial on June 24. I apologize profusely for the delay in this acknowledgement. I am actually not Private Bellanger's memorial manager, but your time and efforts are greatly appreciated, just the same. Thank you so much, and I hope you have a great upcoming week!

Thank you so much for the pic of her tombstone. She and I were childhood friends and had found each other not long before she passed away. We were able to share some wonderful memories of our younger, school years. Again thanks so much for everything you do!

Hi, Anonymous!

Thanks for the message you left on my contributor page.

Regarding the Spiller and Tabor photos on the Shepard Hill website, I am the wrong Karen to ask. The Karen who took the grave photos and who owns the copyright to them and to the family photos is Karen Lucas, formerly Karen Lawless. If you e-mail me privately at, I will send you her e-mail address.

I also research the Danville families, but I am not related to the Tabors and Spillers. They are Karen Lucas's ancestors.

My Danville ancestors are the Redings and Barretts and McCanns.

Best wishes,

Karen McCann Hett
