RE: [ Baby Son ] Potter
No one will ever look this this child up with Baby and especially with (Baby Son) as the first name. Everyone uses Infant as first name even if marker has Baby on it. Several of us near Atlanta, Georgia do large cemeteries and have a number infants under one last name. Adding in the parents first names in the middle name section makes it where you do not have to click on every one to see if it is one you are looking for. We all put the sex of the child down under Bio. Just trying to help so your memorial will be seen.

Seamann edits appreciated.
Thank you for sending the link to the Albion paper. I checked in the Blair Genealogical site and found two more obits, and included them. I very much appreciate your sending the links to her family. Please take a look again at the memorial.

Thanks for that information. I'm not sure how you figured all that out! I sent suggestions to the other memorial and deleted mine, so you might want to check it to be sure I understood everything correctly.

Thank you so much for the newspaper! I did transcribe the obituary for Eileen Connelly, and thank you, too, for the edits.

RE: Wm B Rishell question on wife and child
To catch up on the hunt for Mary Amanda
My sister decided to tag-along with the 2 brothers on the yearly Great Jefferson County Deer Hunt on the old Crawford Farm. She camped at the Best Western there(camping for her has to have warm showers), while the guys stayed in their 'box mansion' complete with kerosene heater.
My youngest brother got a good size buck the first day, while our sister decided to play tourist and played with the white deer herd that is there (pretty things). She got to the historical society and did some digging with the help of Ms Lyons(who stayed late for her-much thanks)
She is waiting for a lot of different things to be sent back but the most curious thing so far, was about Mary Amanda's spouse and his father--had you ever heard that Samuel Matthew Jr had been married once before? To his first cousin Eliza Osborn, looks like there was only one child; Edward, who was young when Eliza either divorced/died or both just before Samuel married Miss Rishell...then the article goes on to say that Sam Sr might have been murdered?? I imagine that those 2 things would have caused talk for years. I'll keep you up to date when she sends more stuff..Edna King

RE: burial cards
Thanks you so so much for the information on Mary Mulvihill and the burial cards! I looked in the library when I visited Omaha a few yrs. ago for her obituary and never found it.
Your help is really appreciated,

William Haney
Thanks for the update. If you run across any extra info on Haneys, I'd love to add it to my memorials. By the way, William's son, Cecil and daughter Eva McNew are interred near him in section P.

burial cards
You had mentioned burial cards for the Kennys and Mulvihills. Where did you find those? I had tried to find the obit for Mary Ann Kenny Mulvihill (wife of Joseph) a few yrs. ago in the Omaha Bee but never did find it. Thought maybe that I had the wrong death date.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
