East Freetown: The East Freetown Cemetery did not come to be until the 1920s. Records earlier than that, especially in the 1800s or earlier, are not referring to the East Freetown Cemetery on Pocasset Lane. Instead, they are referring to a cemetery in East Freetown (of which there are many!).
