RE: Charleswoth
It is a lot of work, but I really love it. I've made friends with the folks who work there and they give me full access to their files, which really helps locating graves. I also started documenting Shalom. There's about 7,000 people buried there, I've added about 3,000 memorials so far. ive added about 8,000 at Glenhaven. It's a fascinating job, the people that work there are hilarious. The whole thing is incredibly rewarding to me. But thank god you girls got such a good start are the largest sections!

RE: Charleswoth
believe it or not, I just joined the DAR in January. Kathy helped me get in. We worked together for a few years getting my application in order. I kept saying I was sure I knew her name. Then one day it came to me! I'd seen her name on a bunch of memorials at Glenhaven! I live up the street from the cemetery and have been documenting the rest of the cemetery you ladies didn't get to. Small world, it all comes back to genealogy right??

I've misspelled names a bunch of times. It's maddening to go find the memorial to attach the photo to! You did an awesome job canvassing Glenhaven!

Thanks for replying. As to whether there is a caretaker or not, I don't know. I am leaving Monday to do some work in Iowa, but I'm not sure if I will get to that cemetery. I'll keep your information and if I can determine, I will let you know. Annette Gauthier

thank you for letting me use your photo and I will give credit to you of course.
Yes you can transfer the memorial to me if you would like, that would be fine.
Thank you so much

Would you allow me to use the photo you took of my father's grave marker on my public ancestry tree?
I thought maybe I'd be able to get there and take some myself but have found it impossible for quiet some time.
Thank you for taking and posting the photo and for following up on my previous messages, and all the work you do for Find A Grave. It is much appreciated.
Mary

Hi Audrey,
My line of Whipple's go from Timothy to his daughter Mercy Whipple 1748 1844 she married William Cranney, then their daughter Desire Cranney who married Thaddeus Perry, and on down the line. John was the youngest son of Timothy and Elizabeth Whipple.
