I've been researching my family history for almost 40 years. I went to a family reunion and saw a lovingly assembled family genealogy. Later on I took a genealogy class offered by a local college. My final class project was to find a family member that no one in the family remembered. After much research at a county library I found my gggg-grandfather and gggg-grandmother. I could hardly contain my excitement when I found their graves. I've been hooked ever since. I discovered Find A Grave in late 2011. Wish I had this reference when I was doing that class project all of those years ago. It would have been a good starting point.
