Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been hooked on this genealogy habit since I retired in late 1999.

Becoming a contributor to FAG has reinvigorated me as I work to get each individual I research documented for the benefit of future generations. I have found the contributors here to be a great bunch of people.

The FAG editors have graciously transferred over six thousand memorials to my account from that of valued deceased contributor Superkentman. I will be updating these memorials with additional information gathered in my research and will post info received from others. I'll also gladly transfer any of these memorials for which I have no additional information or direct interest.

So far I have been able to cross reference over 15,000 individuals in my tree file to their memorials on Find A Grave.

See my tree file on RootsWeb shown below.

Herbert Schumacher #109871990
Thank you for checking on Herbert Schumacher. You were correct, I had the wrong Herman and Auguste Schumacher listed as his parents. I have made the correction to the correct parents. I believe the memorial is correct now. If not just let me know and I can adjust it. Thanks, Cindy Gengler

Ira Pellet, Milton Junction Cem
Hi Jon ~ I'm trying to track down members of Co B, 151st PA Volunteers from Pike Co PA. Ira's brother Burnham also served in Co B, both are on the roster which mustered out in July of 1863. He may have re-enlisted with another unit. I've requested a fresh photo of the headstone to confirm Co B one way or another. Would you have any more info on Ira?

Bro Burnham is buried at Paupack Cem in Pike Co. Several other Co B folk in that cem too.

Thanks, Jane (ATJ)

Witter family of Alfred
I will do my best to add the obits from the Sabbath Recorder on the memorials I am making for the Witter and connected families as you send them but I have no scanner and its a lot of typing for my fingers...I started with Paul (Jr. ?) down here in PA and when I realized his parents and most of his siblings were not on as well I figured I should do them also.. I just keep running into more connected families like the Hoods.. If you spot any more corrections or like the older Hoods have more info on where exactly they are buried if its not Alfred Rural, please let me know.. I found plot numbers on the one site so I have been using them...I appreciate you doing the ground work on some of these so I didn't have to do all the family...Thank You so much...

Got the parent links to hold for her. Thanks for the links.

Strange that another contributor asked me through the edit feature to remove the link to her spouse. I clicked on their contributor profile and they are listed as "record not available".

Rohloff Updates
Thanks so much for putting in the update requests. Feeling foolish right now as they are very close relatives (Mom and Grandma) and I should have already taken care of those changes. Don't know where my mind was at. Thanks again!

Asaph Dexter
Aack! However did that happen?

Well, I deleted the extra Asaph and changed the burial location of his wife to match. Thank You Very Much for pointing out that mistake. CJ

Alfred Maxson
Jon, May I add the obit to Alfred Maxon's memorial page? I'll make the date of death change, of course, I thought the obit would be a good add, too. Thanks for you help.
