Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been hooked on this genealogy habit since I retired in late 1999.

Becoming a contributor to FAG has reinvigorated me as I work to get each individual I research documented for the benefit of future generations. I have found the contributors here to be a great bunch of people.

The FAG editors have graciously transferred over six thousand memorials to my account from that of valued deceased contributor Superkentman. I will be updating these memorials with additional information gathered in my research and will post info received from others. I'll also gladly transfer any of these memorials for which I have no additional information or direct interest.

So far I have been able to cross reference over 22,000 individuals in my tree file to their memorials on Find A Grave.

See my tree file on RootsWeb shown below.

RE: Great Photos!
You are so welcome! I picked away at that cemetery over the past two weekends. I brought the total of requests from 91 down to 23. Some of the remaining requests I cannot find the grave and section numbers on. If I do, I will fill those too. The man, John, at the office was very kind to me when I asked if he had a map. He did and he mailed it to me so that was how I could accomplish what I did. Maybe I can ask him to help find the others. Anyway, I am always glad to help!

Headstone photo, Dea. Daniel Rhodes #18994503
On this memorial there is a note that a headstone photo was needed. I wanted to let you know that I downloaded photos of this headstone as there wasn't a request for a photo to alert you. Also, this headstone is pretty much illegible. It looks like years of a lilac bush rubbing on it did it's toll. His wife, Mercy's, headstone is directly in the center of this bush and is visible only when there are no leaves on the trees. Tricky to get a photo for that one but I did my best. Have a great day!

RE: River Bend
You're very welcome! I am working on uploading the Whipple monument! There are tons of inscriptions so it will take a little time.

RE: Samuel Dodge family - Alden, NY
Thank you for the follow up. You appear to be the only one that has this info and I do feel the year is correct as he is no longer in the 1850 census with his wife Zilpa. I do have land records that indicate he was still living on July 30, 1845, but find no further record of him after that.

Van Horn and Wheeler photo requests
Hi Jon - I am sorry to report that none of the ladies you made a photo request for in Green Mountain Cemetery, Boulder, CO --- Lillian Irene Van Horn Wheeler, Mytle Van Horn and Elizabeth Van Horn --- has a headstone. )-: Gosh, a "no headstone" result is not unusual, but not 3 at once! At any rate, I did get photos of their grave sites, since some people at least like to see where people are buried in relation to others buried around them. I will be uploading these photos hopefully this evening. Let me know if you have questions, Amy

RE: Samuel Dodge family - Alden, NY
Thank you Jon - It's no hurry. I seem to have stumbled upon Dodge Family in Erie Co., NY that doesn't fit in with known Dodge lineage. On an unrelated note, the Saunders name is quite prevalent here and associated with the 7th day. I have added dozens of them to Alden Evergreen Cemetery in Alden, Erie Co., NY - the oldest connection is from Edward Saunders 1756-1830 (one town over in Darien, in Genesee Co., NY). Probably a connection to you going way back.

Samuel Dodge family - Alden, NY
I noticed you maintain the Memorial (#103022024) for Martha Dodge Williams. I have located the burial site for her Mother Zilpha Terril Dodge in Alden, Erie Co., NY. There is no stone for the father Samuel, but according to information I have gathered from your rootsweb page, he died in Alden in 1845. I was wondering if you can tell me where this date came from or provide a source? There are several additional Dodge family members buried here and I'm trying to put them together. Thank you for your time. Kathi

RE: Fannie Davis
Done! Thanks again. Also, I have no family ties to this memorial, so if you do, I would be happy to transfer. Let me know if you have interest.

RE: Grace Lucretia Pierce
She is only distantly related to me, so no transfer is needed. Thank you for correcting the record so quickly. Glad to see you doing so well after so many years. As I recall we both started (or at least this is my memory) about 1994. Almost 22 years ago. You are one of my inspirations for accuracy. God bless.
