I've been hooked on this genealogy habit since I retired in late 1999.|
Becoming a contributor to FAG has reinvigorated me as I work to get each individual I research documented for the benefit of future generations. I have found the contributors here to be a great bunch of people.
The FAG editors have graciously transferred over six thousand memorials to my account from that of valued deceased contributor Superkentman. I will be updating these memorials with additional information gathered in my research and will post info received from others. I'll also gladly transfer any of these memorials for which I have no additional information or direct interest.
So far I have been able to cross reference over 23,000 individuals in my tree file to their memorials on Find A Grave.
See my tree file on RootsWeb shown below.

I noticed your post on another persons thread.
Readings were done in the 1930's to 1950's for the Cortland County Historical Society. They read all cemeteries that could be documented for the county. Many were gone already by then.
The books with reading are available to be looked at by anyone. (There is a small research fee if you are not a member).
Hope this helps with your family research.

You're welcome! I'm not even done uploading yet! It started to snow as my son and I were finishing up.

I updated the bio. If this is a member of your family, I would be happy to transfer.

You're welcome! I don't know if you notice that I added photos to not just the Randolf's you requested but the whole family that were in the plot

Just thought I'd ask. Maybe we can find out from the office. I usually check everything on the RI Historical Cemetery database but not everything is on there for some reason. This is an awesome RI website. http://www.rihistoriccemeteries.org/webdatabase.aspx
If I have time I'll email the guy in the office who was nice enough to mail a cemetery map to me. It's been a wonderful thing to have!

Do you have any idea the grave or section numbers of any of the Tomlinson family members interred at Riverbend Cemetery in Westerly RI are? I don't see any of them on the historic cemetery database website. I'd like to fill them for you but it's a huge cemetery so having some info narrows it down.

You are most welcome; I am happy to help.
The other two photos were not clear enough to post. ...I won't 'claim' the requests because I'm not local, but I'll get them when I'm there next (snow?) if they haven't been added yet.

You are very welcome. It's my pleasure.

You are very welcome! We took the 2 hour trip out to this cemetery to photograph headstones of people that are in my husband's family tree. I have ties to the Rhodes family and usually take photographs of surnames that I research, even if I do not know of a connection. This Rhodes family, I do not know of a relation as of this time...but you never know what you will find out in the future!
