We began our searches for our earlier Ancestors with hope and reverence, found lots of successes, and much much more ... many relatives we had only heard by name, many we never knew about, and many more we're still looking for ... we've found many who have served in the Military (Patriots!), a few not so patriotic (scoundrels !?!?), some are famous only to us, and the rest were truly hard working, decent folks making their way thru good times and hard times, tribulations of life and daily living, raising families and moving onward. They've all helped forge the way for us, the present generations. What a wonderful adventure (and hobby!) we've found ... We also thank all our colleagues in Find-A-Grave, your searching and researching have paved the way for us to follow, to add to, and to pass on this great information and pictures as well. It's exciting to be a part of this great community of Find-A-Grave. Hope we can help as many people as we've been helped ourselves, as we search for family and friends in our genealogy travels.
