Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am intrigued with researching my ancestors and enjoy helping others with their research as well.

I grew up in California and Arizona and moved to northwestern Arkansas in 1984. When I began researching, I was very surprised to learn my grandfather (whom I had never met) was born in Washington County, Arkansas, and then moved to the Oklahoma City area. From then on I was hooked on genealogy research.

Joseph Marion Thompson
Hello. I'm wondering if you could identify any other Thompsons living near Joseph around 1900.

Within a couple of miles of each other (in or near North Wichita Township) were Arabelle E. Thompson, George W. Thompson (1829-1913), and Carolyn "Carrie" Thompson (1860-1908). I'm guessing that some of them are related, but I don't know how. Do you?

George W. and Arabella homesteaded together, so clearly they are kin.

Many thanks--

Wayne

RE: Delbert J Monasco
Ellen,
I don't know about this marriage, but she is on his headstone. They could have married anywhere, including Mexico, etc. I wish I could help you, but I did as much "tracking" as I could and did not find the info you needed.
Happy Hunting,
Sandy

Please always ask your questions through the Memorial "Edit" button. It's quite time consuming when I have to look up the memorial. I'm more than glad to help if I can.
Thanks,
Sandy

RE: Samuel Gooden
Ellen, I have two Samuel Goodens. The father died 1876 and the son died 1905. I have not yet placed this Samuel Gooden who died 1915. You may email me at cwallg@msn.com if you'd like more info.

Hi Ellen,
I have this William Holman's parents as William Holman (b. about 1793 Virginia & d. 11 Oct 1815 Virginia) and Sarah P Bell (birth/death info. unknown). I do not recognize the name Nancy Black Jackson Holman. I hope this helps.

Thank you for the additional information on this husband and wife. I was able to locate a bit more and connect Lena to both of her parents. Much appreciated!
