|Researching my own family history and try to capture photos whenever I'm near a cemetery in my tree, but most of what I need is on the East Coast. Any pictures of headstones I have photographed have no copyrights attached and are free to be used as desired.|

Happy to try to help.

You're very welcome for the photos, Ralph. Wish I could have found a marked crypt at that location for you. Glad I could help out with the final resting place, though.
Thanks anyway for a speedy reply. You're right, that's very distant. Happy Rain-drenched Fourth!

I see you are caretaker of Rex Conon Kelley, son-in-law of Wm. Gowan. And wonder if you are a descendant. I'm searching for a living contact with a descendant of Rex C. Kelley, the son of David and Frances M. Kelley, and brother of Chastine Kelley, all originally from Maine. Thanks

My pleasure! Glad I could assist. The lighting was poor and in one of the photos, I was trying to get a photo of the headstone and the foot markers but because of the lighting, the footers were dark and the headstone overlit. I will retake that photo soon. Also, I added the GPS coordinates using the Findagrave app (which I LOVE!). The coordinates are not EXACT even though I was standing RIGHT there at the footers. On Google maps, the pin drops the location on the opposite side of the road. The graves are to right of side of the road.

You are very welcome.

I took the headstone photo but in doing so noted that it indicated Myrt E Green. All the other information matched. I have scanned copies of the cemetery map and the Garden of Flowers plot map if you would like these please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The plot is: Garden of Flowers, 105A-1

I do have a plot picture. Sadly the father stone has become dislodged from it's place in the ground. Do you want me to post the picture on their site? Sandy

Purely by luck! We are not from this area, but moved here shortly before my Dad died. He was a minister and died at the age of 56 years. We live 2 minutes from the cemetery and bought a plot there! Now the cemetery is full and no further plots are sold.
