Apple's Chapel has been my home church all my life except for about 10 years while living in other locations. I am a retired nurse and serve as historian of Apple's Chapel. Welcome one and all to join us for worship.
I started adding memorials from a listing of the cemetery compiled by Norma Gordon. This list is the results of a survey of the cemetery and includes all readable headstones prior to 1982. Any errors will be corrected upon request. I have reviewed records of funerals in church office from 1987 to current. Also I have been through the cemetery making pictures of head/foot stones. Many markers are unreadable or missing.

RE: Kathryn P. Miller Glad to do it! It was my first visit to the St John's Columbarium. It is one of the most beautiful ones in all of Charlotte. I also logged a record for Dr. MIller and attached the same photo.
RE: Mae DeWitt Phelps I have created the new memorial in the correct Hebron. If you are a relative I will gladly transfer the page to you. A lot of folks get these 2 mixed up. They are both in Mebane but one is in Caswell County and one in Alamance County. I just try to keep the one in Alamance County accurate. Thank you for your prompt attention.
