Bio

I have been researching my family history for over 40 years and helping family and friends find their ancestors.

Please read my entire Bio BEFORE requesting Edits and SAC's.

Find A Grave, to me, is not about how many memorials I can create, but to find people who have passed on without memorials so they won’t be forgotten. I try to be as accurate as possible but vital records, obituaries, gravestones and family or 'known to me' information is not always accurate. Please use the "edit" tab to suggest edits. Because of the amount of incorrect information that has recently been submitted to me for edit, I now verify all edits before accepting. If you have documentation showing that the requested information is correct, please use the "Suggest any other correction or addition" tab to submit any documentation.

Due to copyright infringement, the possibility of incorrect information and respect for the privacy of survivors, I will decline any request to add an obituary to a memorial. If there is something you would like to add to a memorial such as military information or a lifetime achievement, please use the "Suggest any other correction or addition" tab to submit the request.

Please do not post obituaries, scanned images of vital records, or bios in the picture or flower section of the memorials. Any posting of information in the flower section, whether it be an obituary or bio information will be reported as abuse. Scanned copies of obituaries, vital records or other newspaper articles uploaded in the photo section will be reported to Find A Grave with request for removal.

I will gladly transfer any memorial per Find A Grave guidelines as long as the requested memorial is not in my line. Remember… “Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request.”(per Find A Grave)

Please state your relationship to the deceased and your contributor number when requesting a transfer for management.

Thanks to those who have replied to my suggestions, edits and transfers and to those who have traversed the numerous cemeteries to take pictures of gravestones to make the memorials complete.
