I am a genealogy addict! I am working on my husband's genealogy, both his mother's and his father's side. Just as I thought there was nothing more to find out, more information emerges. That is what is so fascinating about this hobby! For the moment, the names I am concentrating on are HARRISON, DRURY, RICHARDS, COCKE, RAINER. They are mostly from TEXAS or other Southern states I have a lot of old photographs given to me by my grandmother-in-law, Gladys Irene (Rainer) Richards. I have very little information on the DRURY and RICHARDS families, so would appreciate any contacts.
Updated 4 December 2015. I am now researching my own family and am looking for family members buried in PORTUGAL and other parts of Europe. The names which interest me most are POTIER and GEORGE (as a last name)for PORTUGAL, and POPPE for PORTUGAL and possibly GERMANY. I am already managing several members of the POTIER family buried in the CEMITÉRIO DOS PRAZERES, Lisbon, Portugal.

Update April 26 2018. I am now researching my Italian family tree. Would love to hear from someone in Italy. I can read Italian relatively well. The surnames I am researching are DATO, TESSITORE, PIAZZA (unfortunately very common names) DEL VICIO, MARAVAL, and the families lived in the regions of Palermo in Sicilu, Napoli and Taranto.
