RE: Irving Dexter Fisk # 154022367 I ordered the Fiske Family book right after you told me about it - it just came today. I've been trying for an hour to look up Harrison Fiske's family. I've tried the table of contents, the index, and just thumbing through pages - all with no luck at all. Do you have any recommendations on how to look a particular person up, or do you basically have to read 100s of pages of names when you're trying to find someone? Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated.
Questions about father of Elizabeth Sims Milner, Pitt Milner Please email me a private contact address. I have some questions about what information/documentation you have on Pitt Milner's name being Rev. William Pitt Milner. None of the primary sources refer to him as William that I have seen. I have questions about his war service. I found information that at age 15 he fought but was told it was not primary source. I see Elizabeth's grave marker says he was indeed (I believe he was) but DAR must have taken some sort of documentation...do you have it or is it secondary to you? Thanks for any help you can give. I will share phone number if you prefer to talk but let's do that on private emails Eugenia Milner Henry, 4x g Grandfather was Pitt Milner, whose site I manage.
RE: Irving Dexter Fisk # 154022367 That sounds like what my uncle was telling me about recently. He said he has info handed down to him on the Fisk(e) Family right on down to around the 14th century, I believe he said. Thanks for the reply.
You sent me an edit for Irving Dexter Fisk (Find A Grave Memorial# 154022367) back in December that I accepted because Irving did have a nephew with the same middle name. So, I figured (and still do of course) that Dexter was indeed his middle name. I've never been able to find anything to verify this, and I was just wondering what you found that I couldn't? At this point it's just a curiosity thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
