|RosalieAnn||S. Thompson - sheriff notation|
"Sheriff St. Mary's County 1891-1893" should be removed from this headstone. The actual sheriff in question, Francis Xavier Thompson (1869-1920), was Samuel's son.
Jeffrey- I am searching for the grave of Abraham Jacobs. He was the son of Domer P. Jacobs (my grandfather) and Mary C. (McLane) Jacobs. Abe Jacobs was born in 1910. Mary was the daughter of Abraham McLane and possibly Emma or Ida (not sure which). Mary and Domer divorced shortly after Abe was born evidently. I see that you entered the picture of Abe McLane’s gravestone and seeing that your last name is the same, thought that you may have information on that line???
Thanks for any input that you could give!
