I stumbled across "find a grave" searching for some of my own ancestors in Illinois. I have always enjoyed the sense of timelessness and history of others that have gone before me when in a cemetery. When I saw what find a grave was doing, I was thrilled to join the ranks of volunteers to help others find the final resting places of their loved ones and perhaps some of their geneology. I live in Lafayette, Indiana have a husband and three grown children, one in Lafayette, one in Pittsburgh and one in Austin, TX. Thanks for the opportunity to help.
