I'm a retired Navy Master Chief with 22 years on active duty. After doing the nation's work for nearly a quarter century I returned home to southern Louisiana with my two young sons. When I'm not cooking cajun food for my kids, I spend some of my spare time researching genealogy.|
My preference is to roam local and family cemeteries when I have time or opportunity; adding photographs to memorials that do not have one, and creating memorials for those not represented. I never intended to build a large number of memorials that I am responsible for and will be happy to transfer according to community guidelines. With that said, I am also happy to continue managing a profile for family members too.
Under the EDIT key: You can suggest a correction or provide additional information for any entry that I have made. I'm happy to add additional stories or obituaries and link family members.
Note: I hereby expressly grant permission to freely reuse photos of gravesites and grave markers that I have taken and uploaded to this website. They are your family members and I will not impose any kind of silly copyright on them. Attributing credit to me on those photo copies is appreciated.

Thank Kent. You are a gentleman.
Thank you for your part in protecting our freedom. Sometimes we forget how fragile our freedom is and how costly. I often visit Memorial #88199194 to remind myself of the cost.

Thank you for searching the cemetery. It is an old grave, but I was praying there was a headstone for her. Thank you again.

Hi Kent, I wanted to thank you for providing the photo of my aunt Dorothy's grave, and obit. I was also surprised to find news clippings about the investigation of her death, as I've been wanting to learn more about that. I wonder how you came across those, and if you could possibly point me to more. Whatever the case, thanks for what you've done here.

|Myron Ropp||You are most welcome|
If you come across any others, that I have as memorials, please feel free to request a transfer of them. It is always nice to return these folks back to their friends/family.

I found info on a marriage for Dennis Miller and a relative said this was correct. Would you please confirm this for me?
This is from Acadia Parish Marriage Lic app.
