Chuck was born in New Milford, PA in Nov 1938. Removed to Winsted CT in 1941 and then to Binghamton, NY in 1948. Chuck joined the army in 1958 and served his 3 years in Annapolis, MD. He married Sally I Cesarini in 1960, in Annapolis, MD and they resided in Arnold, MD. They had 5 children, Dawn, Darryl Sr, Gordon, Charles A Sr. and Jeffery. Sally Passed in 1998 and his son Gordon passed in 2005. Chuck has 11 Grandchildren and 6 G-Grandchildren. He spends a lot of time on researching his family heritage, traveling, serving his community and enjoying every day as if it may be his last. He has a positive attitude and expects to live to be healthy and able until at least 100, then he will re-negotiate with his God for additional years. Chuck relocated to Sun City Center, Fl in 2014 and his living his dream.
