Bio Photo Welcome !

To everyone who has taken their valuable time to create online memorials - thank you. It is wonderful to find an ancestor's memorial online.

For the volunteer photographers around the world who have taken photos by request, I really appreciate your generosity of spirit.

I enjoy photography. It is an honor to help someone find a relative's last resting place and remember them with a photo. If I have fulfilled your photo request, you may copy my photo as you wish.

Thank you,
Susan Barbara

"Dear Martin, sadly the church* does not yet have a Church Yard plan of every person buried there. It is on a long to do list at some point. In the Spring we hope to spend time reinvigorating our church yard so hopefully a plan of those buried will follow. Please feel able to visit at any time.

Thank you very much for taking the time to try to locate a headstone for Marion and letting me know that you were unable to find one. Sorry for the delayed reply. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays!

Dear Susan,

Thank you so much for taking the wonderful photos of Percy and Maud's headstones to complete their memorials. I really appreciate your help with this.

And yes, they are family. I only found out recently where they were. Thank you for being a member of Find a Grave .

RE: Rattie not a daughter of May
Thanks Barbara

Rattie Leona Gibbens (Petticrew)
1900 1990

It looks like from family history that Rattie is May's daughter and the step daughter of my great great Uncle Andrew Ancel Gibbens (112486780)

I would love to have a copy of the Canadian Census.

Andrew Ancel Gibbens
I don't know about the first one you mentioned as their child as Great Uncle Andrew didn't leave Pennsylvania until October 27, 1902 and he was still married to his first wife Sarah.

They had 3 children after they left Pennsylvania
(8)Barbara Sylvia Ethel (Skinner/Polden)
Born 1904 died 11/22/1965
(9)Charles Bell

Records show that he didn't marry your grand Aunt until Married in May 15, 1917 in Alert Bay

Would you please provide me with the Memorial number for Rattie Leona Gibbens 1900 – 1990 married Petticrew (on FindaGrave)

I put her name in several ways and can't find it. Thanks

Thank you for giving us the names of his children with his 2nd wife. His great grandson knew of May as he had met her but he didn't remember if there were other children.

Andrew Gibbens is the older brother to my grandmothers

Erasmus Darwin killed in WWI 1915
Susan, I have deleted my duplicate memorial record for the above 'Darwin' grandchild, but have sent you some notes to incorporate into his biography. Martin
