Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother whom loves her family deeply and wants them to know their family History so I am willing to help others do the same.

I welcome death cert's as families may not know if cancer ect... runs in family and this would be a resource. Also, DAR wants proof like from family bible or death or birth certificates, deeds or wills.

Take nothing but ancestors, leave nothing but records.

I make transfers per FAG Guidelines. This would be your great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request.

Genealogy is my Past time
I shall not stray
It maketh me to lie down
And examine half-buried tombstones
It leadeth me into still courthouses
It restoreth my Ancestral Knowledge
It leadeth me into the Paths of Census Records
And ships Passenger lists for my names sake
Yes, though I wade through the Shadows of Research Libraries
and Microfilm Readers
I shall fear no Discouragement
For a Strong urge is with me
The curiosity and Motivation
They comfort me
It demandeth preparation of Storage Space
For the Acquisition of Countless Documents
It annointeth my Head with burning Midnight Oil
My family Group sheet runneth over
Surely birth, marriage and death dates
Shall follow me all the Days of my Life
And I shall dwell in the House of a
Family History Seeker Forever. Unknown

RE: # 85693925 John G. Lewis
Hi Debra,
I don't think there is any family connection. My Lewis family came out of North Carolina & Virginia. There is only one John Lewis, associated with my Lewis's, and he was recorded in White Co., 1820 Census, and a 1826 Tax List, next to the William Lewis family. Thanks for the contact.

Zachariah Abraham Grooms
I unfortunately don't know to date. I was given lineage information from my great-grandfather Orval Grooms of the entire line back to the boat. Zachariah is my 5th great-grandfather. Papaw Orval has since passed away and was my last link.

RE: Elmira (Gray) Tomlin
She is listed in the 1850 Huntington Township, Brown County Census with Thomas Gray born 1817 and Mary (Meyers) Gray born 1816. Elmira's sister, Catherine Gray married James Daniel Howard. Catherine named a daughter Elmira, so I presumed she named it after her sister. Catherine's death certificate lists her parents as Thomas Gray with the mother's last name being Meyers. Elmira and Catherine's brother Rev. Henry Gray has Thomas Gray and Mary Meyers listed as parents on his death certificate.

I read your message posted concerning Bolin

I just did some research of the census and
location in Washington State where Elizabeth
Belle Norris French Wilbourne lived.
Like for us to talk and share thoughts.
