Please do not upload photos/scans of death certificates to the memorials I manage. It is an appalling violation of the privacy of the deceased (and their descendants), "public" or not.
For a public forum, a more appropriate and ethical Primary Resource is an Obituary. Obituaries were written by the family, or with the cooperation of the family & friends, to serve as the deceased's public biography and notice of death.

I transfer out-of-guidelines to family of the deceased (with the exception of my direct ancestors)
