Hi Gail, glad that you got the dishes to Robert, I'm sure he will enjoy having them! I'm going to have a distant cousin who is descended from Parley Warner visit here next week. Looking forward to that! We just got work done on a DAR application for another Warner descendant who is making a claim from a descent from Moses Warner. Exciting stuff!

I live in Montreal and it's pretty cold here too. Right now I'm tracing all of my Haas family descendants who originated from Shohola. Hopefully I'll have a few more to find in the Port Jervis cemeteries by spring time. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Hi Gail, Moses Warner is buried in Lowville Cemetery, Erie county, Pennsylvania. There is a stone for him in Cadiz Cemetery, Franklinville, Cattaraugus county, New York, but I believe that is just a memorial stone. The Cadiz cemetery was not even established until after Moses had died! Roswell Warner's stone (son of Moses) is next to the stone for Moses in the Cadiz cemetery. I believe it must have been Roswell who had the memorial stone placed for his father in Cadiz Cemetery.
