Been doing genealogy a long time but new to this site, I appreciate the help of the members who have given me advice and helped me transfer memorials, thank you!|
I got a wild idea to take pictures of all the headstones in Calvary Cemetery, St. Louis, Section 31, my father and grandparents and an uncle are all in that section with some distant relatives too. As of May 2013, I have all of section taken and all of it submitted to the site, execpt for several stones that have living persons dates on them. I like going out after an overnight rain, (it cleans most of the stones) so some might be damp in the pictures. Not every picture of a headstone on this site from that section are mine, a couple other volunteers had already taken some so that helped me in my quest to get them all done.

Karen, I just added Alice to the Find A Grave data base so that I could "link" her and her husband together. Can you please add your photo on her husband grave to her new Find A Grave memorial. Her number is 138962880. I don't want to do this on my own unless I had your permission.

If you are related somehow to either Lyon or Kleinkemper would like to exchange information. Am researching Abbie Bell Lyon who later married into my ancestral family.

You are welcome! I like going to that cemetery because most people buried there haven't been added to F.A.G. yet. I don't know if you know but if you go to SF public library's website, you can request them to check if there are obituaries for family members which I find has been very useful.
