Raised in Los Angeles and 'transplanted' to Bakersfield in 1976... I call Bakersfield home.
Became a member of DAR in 2002. The genealogy bug bit quite a while back and having a ball with it. I've been the registrar of Bakersfield Chapter and so enjoy meeting potential members to our chapter and other gene's in the area.
Presently establishing a Colonial Dames of the XVII Century here in town.
