I've been working on my family genealogy for over 40 years. I love learning about my ancestors, where they came from, how they came to America, etc. I love the mystery and challenge of finding the final resting place of some of them. I really like, as it has helped me find them, and find distant cousins in the process. I am retired now and hope to be contributing more to this.

RE: Roy Matthews Headstone
Looks like the stone is fairly new so I'm guessing it was added after 1972 so wasn't in my records when I looked last night. Glad that is taken care if, enjoy your research.

RE: Roy Matthews Headstone
Looking this morning I see Kingsley has a picture I took some time back with Mack. Did you see that?

RE: Roy Matthews Headstone
If it was Martha and Christine than not nearby, they are in a completely different area from Roy I just always look at all the ones with same last name when I make the trip. I show no record for you Kingsley, but my records show an O. C. Mack d. 17-April-32 but is in an UMG so no stone, no record of wife Mildred. I also checked the other cemetery records and find nothing, sorry.

Found a few more Matthews while out there and posted pictures, you might want to check in case they are yours also.

RE: William and Katherine Howard
I am not related in any way. I created the memorial based on the sexton's records for Fairmount cemetery. The information provided on Katherine's memorial was sent to me by another contributor by the name of Dale Vickman.

RE: Joseph and Anna Milewski
Hi Deanna, I have not looked for Wisniewski. If you are unsure as to burial place you may call St. Adalbert's office and they will look for Wisniewski. Cemetery's number is 847-647-9845. They also might be able to search for Wisniewski at other catholic cemeteries in the area.

RE: Martha Ann Allen headstone
Hi Deanna: You're very welcome. Sorry I could get it any cleaner, but it was partially buried with mud and debris and since it was in such a deep depressed area pouring water on the stone to scrub it would have just made more mud. I really like to clean the stone a lot better than I could on Martha. Chris

Nowaczyk Photo
Hello, Today I posted a photo for Antony Nowazck. At the site I found Maryanna d. 1903 next to him. Her name is also on the red granite monument. There is also another name on the red marker Tomacz Cieslik 1862-1897. If you create the memorials I will post the photos. Looks like this might answer some questions for you.
