Registrar Spirit of St. Louis Chapter and former Registrar, Alexis Coquillard Chapter of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (NSSAR). Documented 46 Revolutionary War Patriot ancestors and submitted NSSAR applications: all approved. According to the NSSAR 2015 Membership Directory, only 10 of the 32,000+ members had proven more than 25 patriot ancestors. Two ancestors fought in the Civil War on opposite sides in the Vicksburg campaign - one Colonel led the 56th Illinois Infantry, the other led the 31st Alabama Infantry. Elected to the Saint Louis Republican Central Committee 1976-1980, Missouri Republican State Committee 1978-1980. Met three men who were or became President of the United States: Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan,and George H. W. Bush. Traveled to 111 different countries so far.
