I was born in Garrett, Indiana and graduated from Ashley High School in 1962. I served in the Navy, and I am a Vietnam War Veteran. I retired from education after 30 years as a teacher and administrator. I have traced ancestors as far back as 1620 in Germany. Some of my ancestors served in the Revolutionary War and I am a member of the Sons of the American Revolution. I am currently tracing ancestors with last names Koon, Coon, Coons, Kuhn, Dove and Myers. I will gladly transfer memorials who are family members.
