|Judy Taylor||Carl Kruthoff 1840-1906|
Hi Sue, I'm helping a friend do family research on his surname. His name is Chad Kruthoff,
born 10-21-1992 in Quincy,Il. His father is Daniel Kruthoff, born in 1962 in Beardstown, IL and his grandfather is Daniel David Calvin Kruthoff 1936-2012 buried in Beardstown, IL.
I believe his great-grandfather is Clarence P. Kruthoff 1914-1983 buried in Rose Hill cemetery and his great-great-grandfather is Carl Frederick Kruthoff 1879-1949, also buried in Rose Hill.
My question is this: Would Carl Kruthoff 1840-1906 buried in Oakland cemetery in Denison, Iowa, be his great-great-great grandfather? Was he born in the U.S.? Do you have any info. that traces the Kruthoff's back farther than this?
Thanks for your help!
Thank you so much for this photo!

Thank you VERY much for photographing these graves and creating memorials for them.
Thanks so much for the photo of gravestone for Kiziah Workman Ballenger and her husband E. J. Ballenger. She is a distant relative.

Hi Sue, I noticed tonite that you have a photo for Hans Victor Brodersen Jr out on the memorial for Hans Victor Brodersen Sr. I took the liberty of posting the correct photo (which I'm sure was your photo) on the memorial. I will delete it if you'd like me to if you want the photo to show posted by yourself.
I'm working on all of my Brodersen's and just happened to see this.

A note. I see you are not going into your account and processing the Edit Requests that are being sent to you by users on this website. Go your personal page, click on the tab "Edits". All Edit Requests will show that have been sent to you. You can Accept them, or change the setting to Decline and go from there. All requests are then sent back to the person who sent them and are stored in our own Edit tab. If I have a request pending with the status of "No Change", that means the person did the change manually to the memorial and did not process the Edit Request the way it should have been done on your Edit tab. This has been in effect for some time, so I'm surprised you know nothing about it. Take a look at your Edit tab each and every time you log into your account and process those Edit Requests from there. Questions?
