I grew up on a farm with an old cemetery at the back of our place. I have spent many hours back there looking at the old stones and wondering about the people that had stood on that same ground as much as a hundred years before I had, many of whom had contributed to my very DNA. I have family ties to the names Sloan, Havens, Bowden, Wallace, Wood, Groves, McQueen, Martin, Reese, Coble, Sweet and others I am sure. I enjoy connecting the dots so that future generations will be able to trace their lineage as well.
