I have been interested in family history since I was a child when I listened to stories about those long departed. My parents were interested in genealogy as well. I have been fortunate to live in a time when so much information is available at our finger tips. My memorials at this time are about ancestors or related families.

I try to be very careful with the information I post, but if you see an error, email me. I do not post information just because it is on someone else's tree. I look for "real" records for verification. For instance, if there is no record with a middle name, I won't use one. Keep in mind that many Ancestry "records" are gleaned from family trees or spreadsheets submitted by individuals.

One thing I have noticed about my ancestors is that many of them expressed that they were Christians in their wills, so I look forward to a day when I will meet them!
