I love the puzzle we call genealogy. My main tree is on Ancestry.com where I manage the DNA matches for my mother, two brothers, 4 first cousins, and 2 of their sons and for my husband.

I'm on Ancestry almost every day checking matches and trying to figure out the common ancestor if Ancestry doesn't do it for me. So if we share an ancestor I manage and you've tested your DNA, let me know which site your are on and who our common ancestor is.

One of my goals for 2022 is to manage the memorials for as many of my direct ancestors as possible, creating memorials for those that don't yet exist and requesting transfers for those that do. As I complete each one I leave a flower stating what my relationship is. Most of mine are direct ancestors but I have created some aunt/uncle/cousin memorials if they didn't exist. If your relationship is closer than mine and you would like the honor of managing their memorial, send me a transfer request through the Suggest Other Edits tab and tell me your relationship.

Did you know you can add photos to the memorial even if you are ot the manager? Yes! Love to see those photos of graves or the person!
