I have been interested in my family history for several years, but did not really get involved in depth until April 2011. My interest was in researching family members from Virginia who fought during the Civil War. From that point, my interest has expanded into my overall family history. My family heritage is through the Bott(s) lineage of Roanoke County, VA and the Conley lineage of Giles County, VA.
