Bio

Born September 20, 1949 to Betty Lou Gallup daughter of Doris Howard, daughter of John Shelton Howard, Bishop to the Church of the Mormons located at Shelton, Idaho named after him, Now renamed:Idaho Falls.

My father was Floyd Gunsolus, WWII veteran 4 years in the navy, born son of Jim and Mattie Gunsolus, Jim was direct descendant of Peter D Gunsolus born aproximately 1801 in New York to a local maiden, Mattie born of John J Hallmark in 1908 Oklahoma.

Married and twice, divorced by my first and widowed by my second. I've been blessed with longevity and good health and outlived both.

My first marriage was December 12, 1969 to Illinois born: Lyle Everett Waughop, who passed away Feb. 2010, leaving 1 child named Lynn Amanda Louise Waughop-Stewart, also born September 12, 1969.

My second marriage was November 18, 1988, to Widower Wayne Ellsworth Ringer, father of nine children, born in Plymouth, Indiana, who passed away 2006, no issue of this union.

I started waitress work at the age of 14 and used my skill to support my 1st family.

1983 - Lyle declared proposal of divorce

1984 to 1986 engaged in Biblical Studies and graduated through night classes given by Kingsway Bible College of Des Moines, IA. I became heavily involved in the church and lived independently from my husband, concurrently in the same house.

1985 I was changed careers to Manage a Ladies Clothing Store 4 years in South Bend, Indiana.

March 1987 I was introduced to Wayne E Ringer, by our mutual friend Mae Risser, who if she had known, would never have introduced us...

August 1988 I was given legal notice of divorce
and remarried to Wayne E Ringer, South Bend, IN November 18 of that year.

1988 we lived in Culver, Indiana IN.

January 1989, I qualified to independent commercial driver and delivered Motor Homes via interstate for 12 years,(he drove one, I drove another before he finished out driving his own truck for the same company).

I suffered job loss in October 2001. After reassessment of the situation and a few odd jobs, I chose returning to waitress work July 2004.

February 2002, Wayne quit and took up odd jobs; never qualifying medically for that job again. By that November, he suffered a massive heart attack and lived another 2 years before passing away on October 21.2006.

2004 - 2008 My waitress job was terminated from at the age of 58, because I was "too old" and independent.

2002 - 2008 at the generosity of my step daughters, Chris Dickson and Carla Ringer, allowed us to reside with them regardless of our circumstances, Then, allowed me to live on with them, until December 2008. My leaving made room for her daughter's family to return there.

2004 to present, I was able to clean up and take loans to rebuild the old farm and house. I finally got out from the debt by selling off most of the property to pay down the loans.

It's been a long hard struggle to carve a place for myself, when and where I have comfort in what I have done. I've gotten used to the idea that if you want it done and done right, you have to do it yourself. But, if it wasn't for the Good Lord, moving on the hearts and minds who listen to Him, I'm not sure I would have made it. I thank The Lord for His provision
