|I am in search of family history and knowing what of the backgrounds for family members. This all started at my having grandchildren and wanting them to have as much information on their family and where their ancestors hailed from. I believe heritage is important. When I enter cemeteries to take photos of stones, I know there is a real person in there, whether or not they are still breathing. They were born, lived and passed on. What went on in their era, their lives in between those dates recorded on their stones. I know I once read a quip about how we spend our dashes (the dash between birthdate and death date). It's an important matter and I want to make the most of my dash!|
I am interested in helping others with their research and photo requests as well. It is the preservation of life and memories and somehow helps us feel connected to those relatives and Grandparents we never got to meet. I love bringing that to life!

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to look for Allen's grave. He is my 2nd great grandfather.
The memorial was created by someone I do not know and I will contact them in hopes that they will fix Allen's burial location.
Would you be willing to email me a copy of the obituary you found, or tell me where you located it at? My email is HEYVELDC@YAHOO.COM

I was just catching up on e-mail, and thank you for filling all of these blanks.
From personal experience, I know that taking time out to fulfill these requests is not always easy. I use these times to get my walking in.
Have a great day,

Thank you very much for your picture. It fills a hole in my genealogy.

Thank you for taking the time to look. I have only second hand information, from a distant relative, they are buried at that cemetery. I do have other relatives buried at evergreen, so I'm guessing they are in a unmarked grave. Thank you again.

Thank you for the beautiful picture of the stone for Luther and Addie Jayne. They are cousins that I never knew, but a picture of the stone makes them seem real.

Nice looking photos, and I'm grateful for the help. I ran out of requests (only 20 a week are allowed) and would be grateful if you could post the Andrew stone photo also to his wife's memorial - she's Hannah Adriana Ahlstrom Bixler. As for the other Bixlers whose photos you took, I don't have them in the Bixler tree yet, and limit my postings to those whose obits I have. But thanks for the offer, and for the effort.
