|Shelley Bostic||RE: Hawks Stones|
You are so very welcome. Glad I could help.
|Suz||RE: Daisy Burton|
FYI: Ernest Burton's stone was immediately beside Daisy's. I created a memorial for the photo. I didn't link the parents. . .but am guessing it would be Daisy and James son?
If you have knowledge to prove that, let me know and I'll link them.

You're welcome, Sleuther. It's always a little sad when there is no grave marker. It doesn't seem like it could be a happy reason for why that could have happened. Take care, Amy

No problem at all. It was my pleasure.
|Bill Bedell||RE: Mal Dorton|
You're quite welcome. I really don't know Mal and Eva Dorton, but if they were married, you may want to do an 'Edit' to Mal's memorial and link Eva as his spouse. Have a great day, ~Bill
|Amber Stevens||RE: Holland grave|
I actually just uploaded the other photo :)
|Amber Stevens||RE: Amos Holland|
Hello, actually no there was no one beside him. It looked like there was a space for another person, but no stone. I do have the larger photo of his plot with the large Holland stone & his smaller personal stone if you would like me to send.

I will give it another try, because I think I saw some Winslow stones in that area. Also, I may stop at the Quabbins Visitor's Center and ask what the referral to Martha means. I loved visiting this cemetery...I had only driven through once before. The reinterment before the towns were flooded was very difficult for the residents of Dana, Prescott, Greenwich & Enfield MA...I recently saw a musical play that was written about the events surrounding it.

I went over to that area of the cemetery today and was not able to find a Juckett stone. There are directions and a map for finding sites based on the plot#, but I could not locate his name. Is this your family? Could he be a stone with another name on it? Was he a soldier?...those graves are flagged right now. If you can give me any further info I would be willing to try again as I live quite near the cemetery. It is a large cemetery too, could you have the plot # wrong?

I am so sorry for presenting you with such a bad photo for James. There was a family nearby grieving for a recent burial and i didn't want to disturb them. I am going to keep the location, and next time I am out there, I will clean the headstone and retake the photo, thanks for understanding, Bobby
