Bio

I first got interested in cemeteries and genealogy when I was about 10 years old. My Grandmother and Great, Great Aunt passed the love of family and history down to me. Not knowing a lot about my other grandparents made me curious about who were they.
It was also about this time that my step-grandfather passed away and I made my first trip to a cemetery. The different tombstones and designs were really interesting. Later I helped my Mom and cousins compile a family history which meant a lot of trips to a lot of cemeteries. It was always exciting to find that relative. I now have Find a Grave to help find that missing relative and it is a lot easier. The memorials I have are for the most part related to me so I will probably not transfer them if asked unless the request falls under the find a grave rules. You can ask anyway and I may just do it if the reason is a good one. I love connecting the families together to help complete the whole picture and I love reading the bios posted. If you have a request or a question you can contact me at [email protected]. I will do my best to get right back to you but I will admit I don’t check my e-mail often and I apologize for any delays. Unless I am working on a family tree I don’t always check my Find A Grave account either if you leave a message for me here. If I don’t accept your change I will let you know the reason. If the information on the tombstone is wrong I will put the correct information on over the wrong information and will try to explain why there it is different. Judy
