Memorials that go in Main St. Cem., not East Main St., Dalton
Thank you so much for letting me know when I have put memorials in the wrong cemetery. That way I am also able to put up the death date on the memorial. I really appreciate it.

Hi, I am a relative of the Foots, and hope you will allow me to use the headstone photos on my family tree. Pleas let me know. Thanks in advance.

Amey Carpenter
Thank you so much for taking a picture of her headstone. Can you tell me if Amey and Stephen Carpenter are buried side by side? I'm hoping they are a couple. The dates on Stephen's don't quite match and he was very active in the Revolutionary War.
Thank you,

My pleasure... I've long been researching all the cemeteries in Hawley, Charlemont, and Colrain, posting most of the memorials in those three towns, and I try to keep up with them as newer data becomes available. A couple weeks ago, I finally got to the project of reviewing the death records in Charlemont up to 1961, and the recent 250 or so entries I placed there are the result of that. Now I need to go through them all and research them further and link them wherever possible. The review will very likely result in some more update requests to you.....your memorials with photos are great because they close some gaps in the vital records (i.e where the burial place was not listed), and enhance the research done in the past and yet to come.

Thank you for the confirmation... I was pretty sure he was there, but not 100%, so I did a BU. Appreciate you finding this!

Aza & Beverly Hevy
I don't believe I ever thanked you for photographing Aza & Beverly Hevy's headstone for me and want to do so. It was very much appreciated.

Kindest Regards,
