How is it possible that one muti-numerous contributor, ALWAYS adds my family members. She refuses to answer my questions. I don't know who she is, and she cannot possible be a family member because she has taken obits, added to my family, which they ARE NOT kin to us. You make errors on my family members and NO LONGER accepts messages. Highly irritating

my last living Great Aunt just passed yesterday, and you have already copied and pasted her obituary from the funeral home as I log on to add my Great Aunt.
