I have taken over the work started by my grandmother and great grandmother charting the history of the family. I have had the pleasure of adding details to their hard work, and have discovered my father's colonial New England ancestry going all the way back to the early 1600s, as well as my New York Dutch roots in the earliest history of New Amsterdam. I have now also developed my wife's side of the family for my kids. I am further enjoying pulling all my direct paternal line ancestors and their families together in one place. Family is forever.
