I am in the process of posting a number of photos that I took at Hamden Plains Cemetery in Hamden, CT in 2011. I didn't realize that Gustave Linke had a photo request when I posted a so-so photo, a bit overgrown. I also have a photo of the grave of Harriet, but her stone is even more overgrown. I just checked, and you have a photo request for her grave marker as well. The question is, should I post it? Once posted, you won't be able to do another photo request. I'm not sure when I'll get to that cemetery again, so I'll leave it up to you. Another option is ... you could e-mail me and I could reply and send you the photo and you can decide whether you want to post it or wait for a better shot. The grave marker is only about 50% visible with leaves, etc. Please let me know,
(Section E photo #3928)

What a wonderful picture you put on the memorial. I have a lady who is the granddaughter of Wm. M. Hessenflow and she has some pictures that she doesn't know who they are. If you could contact me thru my email I will give you her name and phone number. She would like to speak with you. May I put the picture in our cemetery books? THANK YOU again.

I checked the records I have access too and the St Francis Church burial records (Book 2, 1858-1946) lists a Catherine Art as being buried on 21 Nov 1935 and was 73 years old. No other specifics as far as dates. These records are from a compilation done by the Land Between the Rivers Historical Society. Copyright 2000. I hope this helps.
