RE: Truett Comer
Of course the opposite could be the case.. the family may have not brought him back to Virginia. Again, some legwork is needed to set eyes on the grave and corroborate the location.

This memorial has no sound evidence whatsoever other than "he died while in Florida" . The Virginia grave site is probably the correct one since he, his wife and much of his family are buried there. Not to mention it is in his home town. Memorials created with no evidence create problems like this all the time. A little foot work usually is all it takes to make it correct.

RE: Southside Valentines
ha, thanks for the heads up! I never would've thought to take my "kit" to Southside. Check out the heavy work I did at Ponder last week, deep on Foshalee plantation!

Yes, I have been to the Frenchtown Cemetery and took several photos, but not of any Kerricks. I do plan on going back to photograph the entire cemetery, so I have been adding the memorials from a cemetery reading that is on the web site. If yu have any particular tombstone that you want a photo of, feel free to "request a photo" and I will do your requests first

RE: Peter Kelly
I added the story but if you wish, you can copy it and I'll delete mine. I wanted to make sure the bad guy's photo was on his site. I also paid to keep ads off his site. My daughter is in the high school system and knew him.
