My maternal grandparents were Addison (Ed) Edward Spencer (1872-1947) and Rebecca Lou Wolverton (1878-1965) who lived south of Bedford, Ross Township, Taylor County, IA.

And my maternal great-grandparents were David Andrew (Andy) Spencer (1834-1917) and Almira Justin Bishop (1845-1926) who also lived south of Bedford, Taylor County, IA.

My paternal grandparents were Isaac Wirrnett Bedell (1880-1940) and Bertha Isabell Naylor (1884-1987); and my paternal great-grandparents were Caleb Miller Bedell (1854-1910) and Clara Webb (1857-1893) lived in Decatur County, IA.
