My Kelley/Kelly, Cannon, Ulmer, and Perritt families resided in southwest Georgia and the panhandle counties of Florida that border the Georgia counties. The Mullis and Fordham families resided in middle Georgia counties after migrating from England through Virginia, Maryland, and the Carolinas.
