I'd be happy to help others by taking pictures at local cemeteries of headstones, etc.|
If I have added a relative of yours to one of the local cemeteries, and you want me to transfer ownership to you, just let me know.
And, I give permission to anyone to copy ANY image I have submitted for genealogy research, files, or data of their own; provided they do not misrepresent the data, person, or source. If you wish to give me credit for taking the photo that is fine with me, but not required.

|Chris Easley||Lucy Wilson-Miller photo request (Glenwood)|
I want to make sure you know what is going on when you see the photo request you claimed for this memorial no longer exists. I too am a photo volunteer, but can not get e-mails notifying me when a request has been made. I have to manually check the requests for my area. I have just about photographed covered Glenwood in it's entirety adding memorials and headstone photos where needed. I have two more sections to go and then I will be done. Of course that will have to wait until late next month or early October when it gets cooler. I never claim a photo request without doing some fact checking first. I make sure that 1) it is not a request on a duplicate memorial and 2)a photo has already been added. After doing some checking on Lucy I noticed that a second memorial was created for her in 2014. Well that wouldn't have happened had the original memorial (the one the photo request was for) did not have a hyphenated last name, which rendered it unsearchable. Well when I photographed Lucy's headsonte in Feb of this year, that's the only memorial for Lucy that I saw and naturally that's where my photos got uploaded two. To save you any wasted time and effort, and since I already had photos of the headstone, I have added my photos from the second memorial to the memorial from which the photo request derived. I didn't want you to think I was claim-jumping or in anyway doing something nefarious. That's never my intention.

Thanks much for the time and effort for you to acquire the photo for my family. Also Thanks for adding their son James with family ties

Thank you, Judy...and same to you! I always wonder about the young ones who were past being infants. Mid-1950s in my neighborhood, a boy named Mikey, age 4, got run over by a mail truck after sitting down in front of it...one of the reasons they now have so many mirrors on them. Thank God so much advancement has been made in treating Leukemia as it usually meant automatic death then. Hope you have only good memories of Debbie this Memorial Day!

|Kelly K||Jennie Beam|
Thanks Judy for taking the photos of Jennie's and her husband's graves. The handprints are a sweet photo. I was glad to see her last name Beam because I thought Gross was not right. Thanks again.

|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
Because of you and other wonderful findagrave friends, Traci now has 5,260 flowers/tokens, and her birthday is a little over a week away. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We appreciate you all so much.
I'm in awe! To show you more of what Traci was like, I posted the following on her memorial page,
"Traci, my angel, I can see the big grin on your face for all the flowers you're receiving on your memorial page. You're telling me, "Mom, why are you so surprised there are so many good people in this world? You should have known that....." "You're right, sweetheart, I should have known".
Traci was a person of strong faith, and GOD took excellent care of her, and helped her through all her hardships! Her faith never waivered.
GOD, bless them all, and thank you for your wonderful gift of Traci.
We've received an outpouring of so much love for Traci. I will try to get to everyone's site and leave a flower/token for at least one of their loved ones. However, there are so many of you, it will take me a while.
Sharon (Traci's mom)
How nice of you Judy. My thanks, Merle

Hollie Wheat is a Brother-in-Law to a second Cousin of mine.
The Second cousins are happy that I ask for a picture of his markers and are thankful for you too.
