I joined Find A Grave in August 2012 after searching for my childhood doctor, Dr. Dan Carruthers, and finding some information here. After contacting the person who posted his information to inquire about joining Find A Grave, I decided to give it a try!

My hobbies include Photography and Genealogy, so this site works with both! I am happy to help other families find grave stones for their loved ones when they are requested. (Requests do need to include plot location information, though!)

Most of my memorials are for my family members at this time. I'm researching: Kessler, Shumpert/Schumpert, Spencer, Potts, Haughton, Dickinson.

If I have a memorial that is part of your family, please choose "suggest a correction..." on the "Edit" tab of the person's memorial and include your relationship to the deceased. (This makes is easy to transfer because everything is right there!)
