I became interested in genealogy in the early 1980s. It is interesting to find others trying to search for their ancestors and to help them. I have posted two cemeteries on DeKalb TNGENWEB; with the help of the county coordinator. These are the Vanatta cemetery and Talley graveyard both near Alexandria, TN.

When I send edits to other contributors I am only trying to get the memorials right, I appreciate every contributor and their contributions to Find a Grave. Hopefully we can ALL work together to make this a better site for all that wish to use it. I am always saddened when other contributors do not try to add these edits for various reasons, even though the source is very legitimate.

I have recently added a few memorial pictures of tombstones, if it has my name under it, please feel free to use them for genealogical purposes only.

The exception to this is the family pictures I have put on my own family. Please ask for permission on photographs of my family
