Dear Ethel Tanksley,

Again, a million thanks for all that you do. If there is nothing in the second photo other than grass, I don't it is necessary to post it. You have done enough in locating and photographing what is there.

Regards, and God Bless

Hiram

Thank you so very much for going back to the cemetery and getting to the truth on the Haynes. I am glad that I had documented the phone conservation with the caretaker. Who was the third Haynes buried there? I am missing one of that family.
Thanks again, I appreciate it greatly!! nj

Hi, I do not understand why you were told that there was no record of Fletcher and Veda Haynes being buried in the Taft cemetery. I called in Sep 2011 and talked with the funeral home there and they gave me the name and number of the caretaker of that cemetery. I reached him on Sep 28, 2011 and he verified via phone that both were indeed buried there. His name was Ben Brisco, if I understood correctly. He said he looked on the cemetery list/ledger and they were both there.

Also Veda's Texas certificate says that she was also buried there.

Is there more than one cemetery called Taft cemetery? I asked the funeral home lady and she had said that there was only one.

Thanks for your effort. nj
