I'm the great granddaughter of Catherine (Archer) Cruea and John F. Cruea.
Great-great granddaughter of John Archer and Susan (McNutt) Archer.
My great-grandfather, John F. Cruea, was married twice.
First wife: Catherine Archer d. 1948(they had 5 children, who lived to adulthood: Frederick John*, Charles*, Sarah, Carl Leonard* and Eva Corinne*)
*the family changed the spelling of their names in the 1920's:(C) Katherine( C)Kruea, Frederick (C)Kruea, Charles (C)Kruea, (C)Karl Leonard (C)Kruea, Eva Corinne (C)Kruea.
Second wife: (about 1910) Lora Vivian Shroder, d/o Sanford B. Shroder II.
Lora died in 1969.
