Lived on Chestnut St in Gilroy Ca. Dad had a butcher shop at 55 Sixth St. We moved to Montana when Mom and Dad divorced. Dad came and brought us back to Hollister CA. We stayed there almost a year and then moved to Las Vegas, NV.
I am the last remaining survivor of this part of the Rennert family. Many of Phil's family live in Utah.
I lost my husband of 50 years on December 17, 2021. I don't know how I can go on without him. I have loved him almost my entire life. My heart is broken. He was the most loving kind person I have ever met in my lifetime. I was so lucky. He loved his family but the one that had his heart was his baby girl Riyah Brook Welte. Every single day he would say, have you heard from baby girl. Our favorite song while dating was Me and Mrs. Jones by Billy Paul.
We played Dr. Mario every single day for at least 30 years. It was our time to play, laugh and to just enjoy one another. How I miss the time it was just the two of us.
