I am particularly involved with a website for the remembrance of the soldiers of the Yorkshire Regiment (the Green Howards) who fought and died in the First World War,

Over 9,200 soldiers of this regiment lost their lives in the First World War (out of 65,000 who served). The Yorkshire Regiment Remembrance website aims to show as many of the memorials and graves of these soldiers as is possible. To date, there are photos of the graves and memorials of over 90% of the soldiers who are commemorated.
The website includes a searchable database to help find a soldier's name, biographical details, and photos of any memorials or headstone associated with that soldier.
