I've been using Find A Grave for years. It is exciting helping others with their family history. I don't manage a lot of sites - we live in a very unpopulated area, with more cows than dead people - but I do a lot of family history research and contribute regularly using the wonderful "Edit" button to contribute more information to family sites, in hopes of helping others.
